NEW CUSTOMER AREA: DYNATECH-CUSTOMERS.COM

Dear Customer,

As previously announced, Dynatech will launch a new CUSTOMER AREA on Monday, March 2, which will largely replace the one you are currently using.

To provide you with better service, we are updating our ERP management system and have taken the opportunity to modernise the private section of our website, where customers can access documents and information relating to their orders and pricing.

For technical reasons, you may need to use both the current customer area and the new one simultaneously for 1-2 days. After that, you will be able to use only the new area, which will have a new web address:

https://dynatech-customers.com/

This does not apply to the orders section, which will be available only at the old address. You will still be able to access that address for a period of time if you wish to place orders using that tool.

In the new area, we will take a different approach to the orders section and will introduce the updated version at a later stage.

For the new area, all current users will remain active, and you will be able to log in using your existing username and password.
