The QUASAR T25 overspeed governor is a completely innovating design that allows integrating the governor along with the safety gear and its steering mechanism into a single unit.
This concept can easily be installed into any type of frame, either gantry or cantilever, and may be used regardless of the final layout of the guide rails (either toe-in or toe-out).
This is the optimal solution for lifts with a reduced pit, both for its small dimensions and the compactness of the unit.
The required rope must be of 4mm. Please read the instructions for use and maintenance in order to correctly use it.
The integrated safety gear may be any of the models in Dynatech’s ASG safety gear range.
Both the high performance of this small governor and that of ASG safety gears provide the customer with the solution for almost every of his/her needs in a single product; thus saving the additional costs from the combination of different products for different needs.
Since this is a governor incorporating a pulley with a diameter of just 120mm, A3’s response time against the UCM is extraordinarily fast, which results in higher safety within the installation.

QUASAR T25 overspeed governor is supplied along with ASG progressive safety gear integrated as a safety unit. The combination of the governor’s high performance and that of the safety gear, results in the following application field of the unit:

• (Optional) Electrically-operated anti-creep system for UCM: 24, 48 or 190 VDC + Control sensor (Included). When using the electronic device SD-BOX for UCM along with the Anti-creep System, the COIL MUST BE OF 24 VDC.

NB. For optimal performance, it is highly recommended to use the anti-creep system in conjunction with the SD-BOX.
